At Tiny Tailor, each outfit is crafted with love and care 🧵. We ship worldwide from Australia and do our best to make sure your package arrives safe, sound, and on time. Below you’ll find all the shipping details!


📦 Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. During new collection launches or holidays, it may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.


🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship with Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking will be emailed once your order is on its way.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide!

  • Standard International: Estimated 7–20 business days
  • Express International: Estimated 5–10 business days (where available)

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs
  • Any import duties, taxes, or charges are the responsibility of the customer

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
  • Parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information

🧵 Pre-orders

Pre-order items will be shipped once they’re ready. If you order in-stock items along with pre-orders, we will usually ship everything together — unless otherwise noted.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days. Larger items are dispatched within 3 days through our trusted courier service.

There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive—just trying to do our bit for the environment.

Our standard delivery rates are as follows:

$0 - $10: $3.95

$10 - $20: $4.95

$20 - $75: $6.95

$75+: $8.95

My Order Has Not Arrived. What Do I Do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are working on it. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

Can I Collect My Order?

Of couse! If you wish to collect your order from our store just enter 'Toyostore' in the promo code box at checkout.
