🌟 Change of Mind Returns

We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable)
  • It's returned with original packaging
  • You email us first at info@tinytailor.toys to start the process

Please note:
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
💸 Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping)


🚫 Items We Can’t Refund

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Worn, used or damaged items
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if offered)

💌 Faulty or Wrong Item?

Oh no! If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@tinytailor.toys within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll work quickly to fix it — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style, please contact us first. If the new item is in stock, we’ll help you make it happen. You’ll be responsible for return shipping and any price difference.


📦 Returns Address

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address via email.
